MMMM Potatoes

Roasted Potatoes with sea salt & thyme

Sometimes simple is best... made these potatoes last night for my ladies-night dinner and they were a hit. Used fresh thyme from my herb garden - delish! Will definitely make again.

Pepper

... and here's Pepper. He was always destined to be named after food.. before we went to pick him out, we decided that our cat's name had to somehow 'fit' with Spice... our two preferred options were 'Meatball' (if he seemed like an exceptionally crazy kitten) OR 'sugar' (if he was quiet and cuddly and sweet)... turns out he was both, but neither name suited him. My kitchen assistant quickly came up with 'Pepper' and it was a perfect fit! Spice and Pepper soon became the best of buddies and the rest was history. The fact that their names are both cooking related is a lucky coincidence (again - need to give credit to my kitchen assistant on this one for his creativity)....however, I can proudly say that the cooking and photography from here on in are all mine.
